Monday, 19 Dec, 2016

Trade suppliers Jewsons will host their first ever UK wide event aimed at construction industry merchants on the 16th December 2015.

Jewson Live event

Based in Hall 9 of the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) at Birmingham, from 10am to 4pm, Hamilton Decorating Tools will be among 140 of the leading industry merchants who will be exhibiting at the event. Jewson Live, as the exhibition is billed, is free to attend, and should offer something of interest to anyone involved in all aspects of the construction industry, from builders, plumbers, lifestyle professionals and many more.

Jewson Live will provide the opportunity to catch up with all the latest innovations in the industry, with the chance to see plenty of live product demos. Prepare for 2016 by getting up to date with all the market has to offer to the industry. As well as practical guidance on products, Jewsons Live has leading industry figures giving talks and seminars across a range of the hottest topics affecting the construction industry. From building regulations to an industry careers brokerage service, through to improved efficiency in building and improved health and well-being for building users, the Jewson Live talk program covers important and evolving areas of the trade.

One speaker who will be instantly recognisable to most attendees will be Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen. His experience goes far beyond the world of television presenting and program making, having been at the helm of a design practice since 1992. He will recount his own experiences of building, renovating and refurbishing properties, and how important selecting the right products within an overall correct solution is to the long term success of a project.

Birmingham's NEC, just eight miles east of the city, is well served with excellent transport links, making it easy to access. As well as free entry attendees to Jewson Live have access to free car parking too. The NEC is at the heart of the motorway network, and has 16,500 spaces, with attendants who will direct motorists to the relevant car park for the event they are attending. However for those who prefer to leave the car at home, Birmingham International rail station is a mere five minute walk from the exhibition centre, and connects to Birmingham New Street. Regular coach and bus services serve Birmingham airport, from where a free air-rail link takes you to Birmingham International rail station, with a short five minute walk from there to the exhibition centre.

Jewson Live offers a fantastic opportunity to see all that is new and innovative in the construction industry. Hamilton Decorating Tools will be one of the exhibitors present at the NEC, giving you the chance to see and find out about their range of quality products. If you visit Jewson Live on December 16th, please be sure to come and pay us a visit
