The Big Apprentice Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Promoter:
This competition is run by Hamilton Decorating Tools, in collaboration with Crown Decorating Centres and managed by WAA Chosen.
2. Eligibility:
• Open to apprentice painters and decorators or college students currently undertaking a painting and decorating qualification.
• Entrants must be residents of the UK or Ireland.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter:
• Visit the Hamilton Decorating Tools competition landing page.
• Complete the entry form including full name, email address, and college or apprenticeship employer.
• Answer three questions related to Hamilton Decorating Tools and Crown Decorating Centres.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. Competition Period:
• The competition opens at 00:00 BST on 1st August 2025 and closes at 10.00 BST on 8th September 2025.
• Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.
5. Selection of Winners:
• Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries by WAA Chosen.
• This is a game of chance; skill or correct answers to the questions do not influence the draw.
6. Prizes:
• Each winner will receive 1 of 5 decorating prize bundles, each including Hamilton Decorating Tools products and a £100 Crown Paints voucher.
• Each prize bundle is valued at approximately £400.
• Products in bundle may differ from shown in marketing and advertising materials pending stock availability.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
7. Notification:
• Winners will be announced via @ardecor_nw and @hamilton_decorating_tools social media accounts and additionally contacted via the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the closing date.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data Protection:
• Personal data submitted will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. General:
• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
